Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an RN Manager Trauma ICU to lead clinical teams and oversee patient care in a high-acuity environment. You will champion evidence-based practices, coordinate multidisciplinary rounds, and mentor bedside nurses to maintain safety and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, with an MSN preferred, an active RN license, and a current BLS certification.

• RN license in state or compact required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• 3+ years of nursing in acute critical care; 1+ years of leadership experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

• A current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required

• 3+ years of nursing in acute critical care setting required; 1+ years of leadership experience required
