Qualifications

• RN with strong critical care and trauma experience
• Proficiency in ventilator management and invasive line care
• Strong medication administration skills including blood product handling
• Excellent clinical judgment and rapid response in high-acuity situations
• Effective teamwork, communication, and patient/family-centered care

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor vital signs, neurologic status, and clinical trends
• Manage life-support needs, including ventilators and invasive lines
• Administer medications and blood products safely and accurately
• Respond promptly to trauma and ICU emergencies; anticipate and manage urgent changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
• Support and communicate with patients' families with compassion and professionalism
