Responsibilities include continuous assessments, ventilator management, invasive line care, and rapid response to emergencies, while collaborating with trauma surgeons and an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• RN with strong critical care and trauma experience
• Proficiency in ventilator management and invasive line care
• Strong medication administration skills including blood product handling
• Excellent clinical judgment and rapid response in high-acuity situations
