Job summary

AtlantiCare's Trauma ICU is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift. You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma/critical care setting.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, coordinating with physicians and support staff, documenting actions, and supporting performance improvement efforts while maintaining professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi-state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer; PALS/ENPC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and ensure alignment with medical treatment plan.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide leadership to the patient care team and support performance improvement initiatives.

Skills

Trauma ICU experience

Critical care experience

ACLS certified

BLS certified
