Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA is seeking an Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Trauma ICU. You will lead nursing care delivery, collaborate with the management team, and support initiatives to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement.

The CNC will supervise admissions/discharges, staffing, and training, while upholding the hospital's vision and standards of care. A registered nurse license and RN credentials are required, with ACLS/BLS/Trauma certifications

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient care.
• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in the unit during the shift.
• Collaborates with management to improve outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Oversees staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
• Maintains inventory control and assists with supplies and equipment.
