Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: obtain history, perform exams, develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Education: educate patients and families and develop educational materials.
• Leadership: precept, train staff, and lead outreach initiatives.
• Professional: communicate respectfully and maintain accurate medical records.
• Quality/Research: engage in continuous quality improvement and lead care initiatives.
