Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level APRN or PA program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical history, physical assessment, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up.
• Lead and participate in community outreach and program development.
• Document in medical records to support billing and care.
