Qualifications

• Clinical assessment, history taking, physical exam, and differential diagnoses; develop and follow-up treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with clinicians and staff to promote continuity of care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and system projects; implement evidence-based changes in care management.
• Perform procedures consistent with departmental guidelines and privileging.
