Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level APRN or PA program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification as required by the Department; DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: obtain history, perform physicals, review tests, develop differential diagnoses, and plan treatment.
• Prescribe/order evidence-based pharmacologic therapies and arrange follow-up.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with clinicians, staff and students.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement and systems initiatives to enhance care.
