Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking an EMT-P Paramedic for a 3p-3a part-time role with 24 hours per week. You will provide direct patient care in a busy Trauma & Emergency Center under RN supervision, adhering to department policies and ensuring patient safety across pediatric to geriatric populations.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent, accredited paramedic training, Michigan EMT-P license, BCLS and ACLS; PALS preferred within 1 year.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of an accredited paramedic program required.
• Three years’ experience as a Paramedic in a pre-hospital setting preferred.
• EMT-P license in Michigan required.
• BCLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred (within 1 year).
• PHTLS/BTLS preferred after hire; hospital exp preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, perform direct patient care in Trauma & Emergency Center.
• Provide care based on hospital policies and procedures.
• Assess patients using clinical skills and documentation; ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing techniques and policy.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
