Bronson Healthcare Group in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an EMT-P Paramedic for the Trauma & Emergency Center. The part-time 12-hour night shift delivers direct patient care under RN supervision, with emphasis on pediatric to geriatric populations and rapid response in emergencies.

Requirements include active EMT-P license in Michigan, completion of an accredited paramedic program, BCLS and ACLS, with preferred PALS/BTLS. Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 and 24 hours weekly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• Successful completion of an accredited paramedic program required.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Paramedic in a pre-hospital setting preferred.
• Currently licensed as a EMT–P (Paramedic) in the state of Michigan
• BCLS Certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification preferred, required within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, provide direct patient care in Trauma & Emergency Center.
• Deliver competent care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients per guidelines.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and adherence to hospital policies.
• Participate in ongoing education and maintain competency for related tasks.
