Job summary

The Smith Counseling Group, LLC in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a Full-time Licensed Associate Psychotherapist to join our trauma and eating disorders team. You will build a full outpatient caseload and work within a coordinated, referral-driven clinical framework.

We offer six months of biweekly supervision, a continuing education budget, and ED- and EMDR-focused training to support growth, with most in-person sessions and a telehealth option.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Maryland.
• Eligibility for LCSW-C, LCPC, or licensed psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a full-time outpatient caseload focused on eating disorders and trauma.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to develop ED competencies.
• Collaborate with referring providers as part of a coordinated treatment approach.
