Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults, children, and adolescents in Hunt Valley, MD. The role requires a Maryland therapy license and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers full-time hours, a competitive Maryland pay range ($60,000–$110,000) and comprehensive benefits. On-site work with opportunities for growth within ERC Pathlight family.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Provisional therapy license with appropriate state licensure (required).
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly (required).
• Experience facilitating groups (preferred).

Mansioni

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy for adults, children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision.
• Support milieu management including de-escalation and crisis intervention.
