Qualifikationen

• Texas LPC licensure required; LPC-S preferred; LMFT or LCSW considered with experience.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience treating eating disorders in outpatient, IOP, PHP or residential settings.
• Experience collaborating with dietitians and prescribers; familiarity with insurance-based practice.
• Warmth, directness, and judgment to recognize when higher level of care is needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults with eating disorders as the primary specialty.
• Coordinate care with in-clinic dietitian, psychiatric NP, and psychologists for assessment and testing.
• Carry a robust caseload with time for documentation and care coordination.
• Help shape the eating-disorder program, including intake pathway and referral relationships.
• If LPC-Supervisor, supervise an LPC Associate as the program grows.
