Job summary

Within Health is seeking a Group Primary Therapist to provide group therapy for clients with eating disorders. This part-time role (25 hours/week) is remote in the Redwood region, covering multiple states; CA licensure is required with willingness to obtain licensure in other states.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Team to create individualized treatment plans and engage families in care. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and is independently licensed, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Must be independently licensed and able to work without supervision.
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
• Experience treating clients with eating disorders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with clients and provides individual and group therapy.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders within the treatment plan.
• Creates and updates individualized treatment plans.
• Conducts regular meetings to provide services and adjust plans.
• Coordinates and arranges services for each client.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and group therapy sessions.
