  • Trauma care experience in ICU or Emergency Department.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee trauma patient data collection for the Trauma Service.
  • Use Process Improvement Structure to resolve problems and enhance trauma care and operations.
  • Use coding knowledge to abstract data from patient records for analysis and trending.
  • Participate in clinical education for physicians, nurses and pre-hospital personnel, as well as public education.
