Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive, accurate data relating to trauma patients and abstract trajectories of care.
• Enter data into the Montana Trauma Registry and National Trauma Data Bank systems.
• Code injuries, procedures and causes using ICD-10-CM, AIS, and assign ISS and related calculations.
• Maintain timely data abstraction and entry while adhering to regulatory requirements.
