Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Columbus restaurant team is seeking a friendly, attentive staff member to greet guests, seat them, take orders, and handle payments for dine‑in and to‑go orders.

You will support bussers and servers, maintain supplies, and uphold service standards in a fast‑paced on‑site environment. A high school diploma and background check are required; prior food & beverage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Greet, seat and cater to the needs of the restaurant guests. Take payment and to-go orders, seat guests, and assist co-workers with their duties to ensure the best service for the guest.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Must handle cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Must understand and practice Family Style Service with all guest and team members.
• Will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Must assist bussers and servers with basic daily duties.
• Required to replenish supplies (i.e. salt/pepper, ketchup, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance.
• Must be committed to 100% customer service!
• Must also be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 19. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
