Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Tallmadge, OH is seeking a State-approved nursing assistant or experienced caregiver to join our team. The role supports residents with daily activities, transportation to appointments, and coordination with staff to ensure safe, compassionate care.

• Valid driver?s license.
• Must complete drug testing and breath alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
• Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
• Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
