The role includes assisting residents to and from the vehicle, ensuring proper paperwork is completed prior to leaving the facility, and providing friendly, responsive care.

Qualifications

• State-approved nursing assistant or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must complete drug testing and breath alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
• Ensure proper paperwork is provided before leaving the facility.
• Escort residents to appointments as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and interact with residents, visitors, staff and the health care community.
