Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking a State-approved nursing assistant to join our team at Heather Knoll in Tallmadge, OH. The position involves assisting residents with daily activities and transportation to appointments as needed.

Responsibilities include safe transport, helping residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring paperwork is completed, and escorting residents to appointments. We value exceptional patient care and teamwork within our health care communities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience, valid driver's license. Must complete drug testing and breath alcohol testing.

Essential Job Functions

• Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
• Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
• Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
