Job summary

Sprenger Health Care of Port Royal is seeking a qualified nursing assistant to support residents across daily activities. You will transport residents to appointments, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure proper paperwork accompanies departures, all while prioritizing safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must complete drug testing and breath alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
• Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
• Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
