Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 7 years related experience including 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 5-10 utility staff with performance reviews and development
• Lead staffing decisions, project execution strategies, and budget adjustments
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams across projects for diverse clients
• Ensure on-time deliverables and QA/QC procedures
• Manage projects through life cycle from development to close-out
• Support marketing, client relationships, and pursuit efforts
