HDR is seeking a Transportation Utility EIT/Coordinator to support utility coordination, research, investigation, and field activities for civil projects in the Transportation group. You will work with project engineers, utility owners, and subconsultants to identify risks and support design and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Active engagement in HDR's employee-owned culture.
• Two years of related Transportation/Roadway/Utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utility Coordination – assist with coordination between project team and utility owners to identify and mitigate risks.
• Utility Research – perform records research and prepare utility contact lists.
• Utility Investigation – coordinate SUE investigations and related activities.
• Utility Conflict Resolution – identify conflicts and help with resolution.
• Utility Design – assist with design of utilities for proposed improvements.
• Utility Plan Production – assist in creating plans and exhibits for clients.
• Utility Field Coordination – work with utility owners during relocations.
• Overall Project Team Coordination – support engineers and PMs to meet client needs.
• QA/QC – participate in quality assurance and cost estimates.
