Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation EIT/Coordinator to collaborate with project engineers on detailed roadway design for urban and rural projects. You will help ensure alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage and construction estimates are developed accurately.

You will assist in producing technical reports, specifications and calculations, and perform other duties as needed to support transportation design tasks across multiple WA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.
• Internship or entry-level engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation/AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with project engineers on detailed roadway design.
• Take responsibility for alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates.
• Assist with creating and submitting technical reports, specifications and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
