The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and 4+ years in utility coordination, with proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Travel to project sites will be required, and the team values safety and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of utility coordination or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Knowledge of utility relocation processes and permitting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility activities for highway projects across all phases.
• Identify and resolve utility conflicts (water, sewer, electric, etc.).
• Collaborate with utilities, contractors, and stakeholders to meet standards.
• Review plans, maps, and documents to find conflicts and solutions.
• Coordinate relocations and installations to support schedules.
• Guide project teams on permitting, risks, and communications.
• Maintain project records and utility agreements.
• Resolve field issues with contractors and owners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
