Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Provider Relations professional to support health plan provider relations activities, network development, training, and policy compliance within the Molina network.

You will be the primary contact between the health plan and contracted providers, coordinating education, issue resolution, and EMR connectivity, while traveling across regions to conduct site visits and trainings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, provider services, or claims in a managed care or medical office setting or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Engage high-volume, high-visibility plan providers to improve satisfaction and coordination.
• Serve as primary contact between Molina and non-complex provider community.
• Educate providers on Molina policies, ensure compliance and smooth portal adoption.
• Conduct regular provider site visits and plan schedule to meet site visit goals.
• Provide on-the-spot training and counseling to providers while maintaining relationships.
• Troubleshoot provider issues and coordinate with Molina stakeholders to resolve them.
• Lead problem-solving meetings with providers and Molina leadership.
• Deliver trainings to providers and their staff, including large groups and executive audiences.
• Promote participation in Molina initiatives (CAHPS, EMR, EDI, provider portal).
• Travel 60%+ for site visits as required.
