Job summary

City of Peoria, AZ is seeking a Transportation Technician I in the Signs and Striping Unit. You will join a team that places over 800 miles of long-line striping each year and maintains more than 24,000 traffic signs.

The ideal candidate will work outdoors in various weather, hold a High School diploma, have 1 year of experience, and possess a valid Arizona CDL-A with Tanker endorsement within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalency required.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Valid Arizona CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Place over 800 miles of long-line striping each year and maintain over 24,000 traffic signs.
