Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
Prior experience supervising or leading teams (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Certified on powered industrial equipment, where applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day activities for the department.
Develop talent through hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
Drive operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration (Receiving, Shipping, Transportation, Inventory).
Monitor staffing levels and adjust resources to meet production demands.
Enforce safety, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Lead departmental meetings and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
Champion continuous improvement and lean practices to reduce waste.
Support business goals with accurate reports and insights to DC Leadership.
Lead assigned projects and implement procedural improvements to boost efficiency.
