Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Transportation Team Lead in Ashland, KY to guide a team of schedulers and driver/PCAs and support daily transportation operations. The role blends coaching, coordination, problem‑solving, and hands‑on support to keep services running smoothly.

You will partner with the scheduler to convert daily needs into actionable plans, supervise staff attendance and training, and maintain safety and communication across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years in supervision, scheduling, logistics.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation huddle covering staffing, vehicle status, and route risk.
• Oversee route manifests, driver assignments, and vehicle readiness.
• Direct same‑day response to delays and service disruptions.
• Maintain communication with participants, caregivers, and leadership.
• Ensure center leadership is informed and escalation is timely.
