Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a dedicated Driver/Scheduler to keep transportation services safe, reliable, and well-coordinated. You’ll schedule drivers, support daily transportation needs, and transport participants to appointments, working within clear procedures with a patient, steady approach.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17.90 to start and $18.90 after 90 days, with full-time hours on first shift. Join a stable, supportive team that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be patient, precise, and able to follow established procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-service orientation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate daily transportation schedules.
• Drive participants to and from medical appointments and the center.
• Maintain accurate participant lists and update scheduling changes.
• Communicate needs and updates to drivers and caregivers.
• Coordinate outside transportation providers and log information into Pacelogic.
• Use Tripmaster Scheduling Software for planning and routing.
• Schedule reminder calls for participants and caregivers.
• Coordinate deliveries of medications or supplies as requested by the clinic.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs to Transportation Supervisor.
• Complete timely documentation in the EMR.
