Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Supply Chain Application Analyst to own and optimize transportation management systems within the Planning and Analytics team.

You’ll be the subject matter expert, translating operational needs into technical requirements and supporting analytics vendor relationships to enable efficient, data-driven decisions. The role collaborates with transportation operations and IT, drives system testing, minor project work, and continuous improvement of the Jira board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, data science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of transportation or distribution operations experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience executing user acceptance testing of supply chain systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transportation operations teams to map how enterprise transportation apps function in processes.
• Translate operational pain points into technical requirements.
• Own management of minor system projects with VS IT and Ops teams.
• Execute steady state configuration changes to meet business objectives.
• Lead system testing, define test cases, data needs, scripts, and defect communications.
• Manage the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Jira board for continuous improvement.
• Act as trusted advisor for SOP creation and associate training.
• Analyze the landscape to identify opportunities to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
