Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Demand and Deployment Analyst to own store level analytics, sales forecasting, and deployment from distribution center to stores, ensuring optimal inventory to maximize sales and margin.

You will leverage JDA Allocation, SAP and MicroStrategy to drive insights, onboard teammates, and implement daily deployment plans. This role requires 3–5 years in inventory management or store analysis with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory management and/or store analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Experience in high volume, fast paced retail environment or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with partners.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, establish best practices, and optimize processes across the team.
• Develop data-driven store sales and inventory strategies and monitor results.
• Formulate inventory deployment strategies by store cluster to meet plans.
• Execute daily/weekly product deployment to stores to improve inventory and sales.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to resolve constraints.
• Participate in category and cross-functional meetings to influence decisions.
• Support testing strategies and ad-hoc analysis.
