Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Inventory Deployment Analyst to lead end-to-end deployment strategy from distribution center to stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels to maximize sales and margin.

You will partner with stores, logistics and cross-functional teams, using JDA Allocation, SAP and MicroStrategy to inform decisions, monitor results, and adjust deployment plans. Occasional store travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inventory management or store analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environment or equivalent.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Proficient in Excel and Access; familiarity with JDA Allocation, SAP, and MicroStrategy.
