Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Director, Logistics Planning to lead a 13-person team responsible for end-to-end inventory flow planning, coordination, and optimization across Retail, Digital, International, and Marketplaces.

You will ensure optimal inventory positioning, flow efficiency, and capacity alignment to support demand and maximize product availability. You will partner with Distribution Centers, Transportation, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Store Operations, Finance, Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in progressive leadership in supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 13-person planning team for end-to-end inventory flow across omnichannel channels.
• Drive capacity readiness, inventory optimization, and peak planning.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Transportation, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Store Operations, Finance, Data Science and 3PL partners to deliver data-driven logistics plans.
