You will monitor shipment data, schedule transportation, manage reporting, and support customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to optimize supply chain efficiency while maintaining ISO-9001 compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in supply chain or transportation
• 1-2 years on-site at a customer location
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – act as primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – schedule pickup windows and routes while meeting delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – handle missed appointments and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – maintain databases and track shipment performance and metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – follow ISO-9001 standards and ensure compliant processes.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – provide customer support on weekends as assigned.
