Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation plans and supplier communication.

This role monitors shipment data, schedules transportation, manages reporting, and supports customer relationships. Your ability to work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers will be critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
