Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1-2 years of on-site experience at a customer location preferred.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
