Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication.

The role monitors shipment data, schedules transportation, manages reporting, and supports customer relationships across internal teams, carriers, and customers. The position emphasizes collaboration, on-site responsibilities, and adherence to ISO-9001 quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
