Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes.
• Manage communications regarding missed appointments and shipment refusals.
• Maintain and update company databases tracking shipment performance.
• Ensure all workplace processes meet compliance requirements.
• Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule.
