Job summary

Werner Enterprises is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in the Syracuse area to oversee day-to-day transportation operations, driver relations, and customer service to ensure satisfaction. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Off days: Tuesdays/Saturdays.

You will track drivers and freight, coordinate dispatch, monitor Hours of Service, and support customer communications.

Qualifications

• Transportation experience required.
• Experience with TMW preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations.
• Computer skills.
• Teamwork.
• Self-Starter, with strong attention to detail.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $55,426.80 - $73,902.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
