Job summary

Werner Enterprises in Richmond, VA is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to manage daily transportation operations, driver relations, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day Transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements CDL- Class A required. Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows) TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills Knowledge of DOT Regulations Willing to field phone calls and solve issues as needed after scheduled hours. Willing to cover short loads and perform Yard Jockey duties if someone calls out.
