Job summary

Werner Enterprises seeks a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch, load planning, driver relations, and customer service to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

This full-time role runs 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday. You will plan routes, track loads, dispatch trucks, and coordinate with terminal managers to support reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Transportation/dispatch experience is required.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations.
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong customer and driver interaction skills.

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Full-Time position. Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
