Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for the Distribution team in Mukilteo. The role focuses on supervising drivers and dispatchers, coordinating routes, and ensuring efficient, compliant transportation operations within the distribution facility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience in transportation, strong knowledge of fleet management, DOT compliance, and holds a CDL Class A.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in transportation.
• Minimum two years of experience in fleet management, routing, and safety compliance.
• Valid driver's license and CDL Class A.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise contracted trucking dispatchers and drivers; schedule routes and manage driver coverage.
• Oversee loading of products onto trailers and preparation of delivery documents; coordinate pickups with purchasing.
• Develop and manage budgets for the transportation department; address inquiries and resolve issues.
