J&B Group in Saint Michael, MN, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead truck drivers, manage daily routes, and ensure DOT compliance. This full-time role requires coordinating with sales, warehouse, and 3PL teams to meet delivery goals and service levels.

You will oversee payroll, PTO, and development of staff while maintaining regulatory requirements and safety standards. CDL is required; travel may be up to 20%.

Competenze

• Fleet or transportation supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of D.O.T. Federal regulations.
• Roadnet routing experience preferred.
• Maintains a Class A or B CDL with proper endorsements; Class A preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Travel 10-20%.

Mansioni

• Supervise and mentor Truck Drivers and manage PTO payroll records.
• Oversee workflow and DOT compliance on HOS and route scheduling.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and 3PL for delivery challenges and problem solving.
• Monitor P-card transactions and GL coding.
• Maintain Class A/B CDL and DOT medical certification.
• Provide work direction and training to employees.
