Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in supervising transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Transportation Staff, including managing performance evaluations, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and job assignments.
• Enter all inter-departmental work orders and reports.
• Assist with monthly operations reports.
• Track and expedite preventive and corrective maintenance on all shuttles.
• Dispatch calls to drivers and regularly drive shuttle.
• Oversight and understanding of the Special Trips program
