Compensation starts at $58,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The role involves supervising shuttle staff, coordinating daily schedules, handling reports, and maintaining shuttle fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in supervising transportation services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CDL required.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transportation Staff including evaluations, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and job assignments.
• Enter inter-departmental work orders and reports.
• Assist with monthly operations reports.
• Track and expedite preventive and corrective maintenance on all shuttles.
• Dispatch calls to drivers and regularly drive shuttle.
• Oversight and understanding of the Special Trips program.
