Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Driver to transport residents, staff, and visitors within our gated retirement community. You will operate non-CDL buses and vans, assist with boarding, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain clean, safe vehicles onsite.

Successful candidates will hold a valid state driver’s license, DOT certification, and have at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience, with the ability to operate wheelchair ramps and lifts.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and DOT certificate required.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts and securement systems.
• Successful completion of a road test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled rides.
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Help passengers board and exit vehicles safely.
• Prepare vehicles with pre/post-trip inspections and refueling as needed.
• Keep vehicles clean and log usage accurately.
