Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating or supervising transportation and fleet logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assist in scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups; ride with drivers for training.
• Oversee payroll reviews, driver logs, and expense reports; ensure DOT compliance.
• Monitor vehicle safety, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Coordinate driver information, licensing, tickets, and risk data.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy for invoices, DVIRs and trip reports; maintain fleet.
