Job summary

Core-Mark International in Texarkana, AR is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead driver training and ensure safe, timely deliveries. You will monitor DOT logs, enforce regulations, and coordinate driver information within the OpCo framework.

This role requires 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a Class A CDL, and strong communication and analytical skills. Expect a 4am start and a competitive salary of $75k plus bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years transportation supervisory or related experience, including DOT/safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure timely deliveries and pickups; ride with drivers for training.
• Support day-to-day transportation operations and ensure DOT compliance and driver logs.
• Maintain vehicle safety and proper handling practices; participate in safety meetings.
• Manage driver paperwork, DVIR, logs, invoices and related records.
